iNaturalist City Nature Challenge 2025

Da an diesem Wochenende so viele Naturveranstaltungen in Graz stattfinden[1;2;3], möchte ich euch einladen, bei der City Nature Challenge mit iNaturalist mitzumachen! Nutzt Technologie, um die Natur in eurem Garten, im Park oder auf den Straßen der Stadt zu entdecken.

iNaturalist ist eine kostenlose Citizen-Science-App, die die Kamera eures Smartphones in einen Nature-Scanner verwandelt: macht ein Foto, erhaltet KI-gestützte Bestimmungsvorschläge und teilt eure Entdeckungen mit einer weltweiten Community von Naturbeobachtern.

Während des City Nature Challenge-Wochenendes haltet Pflanzen, Pilze und Tiere in ganz Graz fest. Ob ihr gerade eine kostenlose Pflanze bei einer Verteilaktion abholt, seltene Arten im Botanischen Garten bestaunt, versucht, die genaue Kakteen-Art zu bestimmen, nach eurem nächsten Mitbewohner im Pflanzenmarkt sucht oder einfach die Stadt genießt – vergesst nicht, vorher schnell ein Foto zu machen. iNaturalist zeigt euch, was ihr vor euch habt und wie es in sein Ökosystem passt.
